Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Currently we are shipping to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. Delivery time: 6-15 work days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Products that we have in the US warehouse take up to 7 days to deliver to continental Us locations. Currently we don't deliver products from US warehouses to other countries. Shipping is FREE for all orders. When your order is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation with the tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours after you receive the tracking number for your shipper to update the tracking information.

Often, when you order multiple items from us, we source from different warehouses. So most of the time each item will be shipped and delivered to you separately.
