Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Currently we are shipping to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe.

Delivery time: 6-15 work days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 
Products that we have in the US warehouse take up to 7 days to deliver to  continental Us locations. Currently we don't deliver products from US warehouses to other countries.
Processing time: 1-3 work days.
Shipping is FREE for all orders.
When your order is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation with the tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours after you receive the tracking number for your shipper to update the tracking information.
Often, when you order multiple items from us, we source from different warehouses. So most of the time each item will be shipped and delivered to you separately.
Flairow is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipment date are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

As you may know, all carriers (UPS, FedEx, and USPS) are having new challenges given the pandemic. Thus, the carriers have suspended all of their service guarantees on delivery time frames. We at Flairow are dependent on the carriers to deliver on time, and given all carriers have suspended their SLAs, we have to adjust our SLAs as well. With record volumes flowing through their networks, we are also anticipating carriers to be extremely backlogged to process shipments.
